For me, golf isn’t just about hitting a tiny ball into a hole (though that’s a big part of it!). It’s about the thrill of overcoming obstacles and the satisfaction of mastering a tough course. But the thing that keeps me coming back isn’t just the game itself—it’s the people I’ve met on the greens.
The friendships I’ve built on the golf course are unlike any other. There’s something about spending hours together, cheering each other on, and sharing the highs and lows of the game that brings you closer. These people aren’t just my golf buddies; they’re family, both on and off the course.
Turning Memories into Art: The First Custom Golf Course Map
The first custom golf course map I made was for a friend who had always talked about her favorite course. I wanted to surprise her with something that captured the essence of that place. That’s when I had the idea for a Golf Course Map.
From picking the materials to carefully designing the course layout, the process was about more than just creating decor. It was about transforming the golf course into a piece of art that could hang on her wall and remind her of all the great times she had there.
When I gave her the finished product, her reaction was priceless. Seeing how much it meant to her is what motivated me to turn this idea into an actual product.

The Materials Chosen for The Collection
“About the product, what are the main materials you chose for the collection?”
We wanted to utilize as many materials as much as possible to recreate the course to the fullest with a 3D effect. Since different styles require different materials, here's what we’re using:
- Solid wood for its durability and to ensure structural integrity.
- Moss powder to mimic the natural texture of grass, adding a lifelike quality.
- Metal for personalized elements, allowing for custom features and details.
- Leather for its elegance and texture, enhancing the overall aesthetic.
Each material plays a unique role in capturing the essence of the course and making the final product truly special. Together, these materials will bring the course to life, providing a detailed and immersive representation.
The Process of Products’ Idea Development
“How the collection’s ideas were developed overtime?”
Similar to the process of our Wooden Lake Map, each week, team members will contribute their product ideas. Together we'll select the most unique and feasible ones. We'll then agree on the materials and features, finalize the ideas, and complete the ideation process.
