This item was perfect and exactly as described. The quality is even better than expected, the faux grass is very plush and overall it’s sturdy, heavy (not just like cheap plywood) and feels like a nice gift. It made a perfect surprise for my fiance after his hole in one - he loved it! The item did arrive later than expected, at no fault of the seller - and when I reached out to check in the seller was responsive, sweet and helpful. They even reached out to the shipping company to make sure it got back on track to get to me as soon as possible. I highly recommend this item and this seller :)

The finished product far exceeded my expectations!! The quality of the materials and craftsmanship were exceptional. The communication with Minh was great. There were no surprises except a couple of very pleasant ones. 1) The received product looks better than the online picture featuring the product. 2) Wasn't expecting the lettering to be engraved, although I may have missed this in the product description.

Minh was very communicative and easy to deal with throughout the entire process and even changed designs for us halfway through to add a 2nd hole in one to our picture! She tweaked anything we wanted and answered all of our questions. The final product looks amazing! We would highly recommend to anyone!

Highly recommend, totally impressed from start to finish. After receiving the first draft I wanted to make some alterations and they were more than happy to help. Final draft was excellent and top quality, couldn't be happier with the service! Hopefully i will have the oppertunity to use their service again.
