We currently do not provide international shipping during the Covid-19 epidemic. Any orders outside US will be cancelled immediately.
Delivery times may be longer than expected in unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as but not limited to, extreme weather conditions, customs clearance, human error, large volumes of order, peak season, customizations to the product that are needed, or holiday seasons.
Shipping rate will vary between states from $5.94. Free shipping for all orders value above 100$.
Tracking will be updated on our system after finishing packing. You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email, which contains your active tracking information.
If your tracking number is in "pending" or "not found", kindly let us know so we can active your tracking on our system. In this case, please allow 1-2 business days for your tracking to active.

Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages. No worries, you will be notified and receive a tracking number for each separate shipment.
Change SHIPPING ADDRESS
For a change of shipping address after your order has been placed, please let us know ASAP at email@example.com so we can make the change.
To ensure the delivery time, we process the orders in the next day. Therefore, any changes to your order (size, color, shipping details etc) must be submitted via our support email within 6 hours from purchasing time of the same day.
We can NOT be liable for orders where the customer has entered the wrong shipping address during checkout. If your order has already shipped and you contact us with an address change, you are responsible for the additional shipping charges (if any).
Therefore, please double check your order receipt to ensure the address you entered during checkout is correct. As you can hopefully understand, we can’t resend returned items for which the customer entered an incorrect shipping address.
Missing & Late delivery
We offer full refund or full replacement if your order does not arrive after 20 days (unless the situation is noticed in advanced)
However, kindly note that we will not take any responsibilities if missing/late delivery occurs due to an incorrect shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.
