Once your order is shipped, an email with a tracking number and link for your shipment will be sent. Tracking numbers are not assigned at the time of order. If your order has passed the estimated ship date, and you do not have tracking information, please contact us via support@handreamy.com

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

PROCESSING TIME

After your payment is authorized and verified, we will send you a draft of design within 24 hours, please take a look to your email at this time.

If we do not hear back from you within 48 hours to confirm the design, your order will automatically move into production, which will take 5 to 10 business days, depending on the product. Processing should be delayed if we cannot process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment or incorrect address information.

Note: We will contact you to confirm the design of your requested product. Once you confirm the design, we will work with artisans to create the product. During the product creation, we will contact you if any questions arise.

After the product is finished and confirmed with you, we will send it to the delivery company. 

SHIPPING TIME

Your orders shall be shipped out from our warehouse located in Hanoi, Vietnam.

We ship your products using popular delivery services and tracking numbers. Standard Shipping takes 4 to 9 business days.

Please note that while we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, the delivery company may experience unforeseen delays due to factors such as customs clearance or inclement weather. We kindly ask for your understanding and patience in these cases, as we do not control these situations.

NOTE: Please note that we prepare and ship orders only on business days from Monday to Friday, NOT including weekends. Therefore, Saturday and Sunday don't count. Production and shipping are two different processes, each with its terms.
