By placing an order, you have confirmed that you have read, understood and accepted our policies. The following policies apply for: merchandise in HANDREAMY online store handreamy.com

 

15-DAYS RETURN OF GOODS

Within the first 15 days from the actual delivered date at your address, you are eligible for exchange our product if the product doesn't match with our description on website handreamy.com. For personal hygiene and extra COVID-19 safety, other cases are not admitted to our return policy.

The items qualified:

  • MUST be non-personalized item
  • Can only be returned when it is defected and purchased at full price.
  • Can be presented with Proof of purchase (Receipt and Image of Product, Packaging Box and Proof of delivery (if any)) MUST be presented to require Return of Goods.
  • Must be returned in intact condition and packaging

- Your discount coupon can't be reimbursed if you request return of the items you made a purchase with.

 

PLEASE FOLLOW THIS INSTRUCTION FOR RETURN OF GOODS

1) Write your Return & Exchange Request Email with information of email and order number to initiate a return or exchange. Please use the email address associated with your order.

2) All returns require An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number issued by our Customer Service Department. Please email us at support@handreamy.com to explain your issue, if your Return & Exchange requirement is eligible with our policy, a Return Authorization Number will be issued to your email. The RMA number needs to be clearly visible on the exterior of the packaging. Please use the RMA and send the box of Goods to our warehouse address at: 

  • 6/26 Nguyen Hong st., Lang Ha, Dong Da dist., Hanoi, Vietnam, 100000 

3) Place all items you are returning back in the original packaging along with the invoice. Items must be in the original condition.

4) Ship the package back to us.

5) If you are exchanging, please place a new order on our website for the replacement product(s), enter your RMA in discount code for 100% discount (Yes! You don't need to pay for the replacement) and we will ship them as soon as possible!

6) Once the package is shipped, scan and send us your return invoice. As soon as we receive the item(s), our team will check if it is in the same condition as the evidence provided. If it is eligible, the returned shipping fee will be made via the same payment method that was used for your initial purchase within 2-3 working days.

7) No return & exchange after 15 days.

EXCHANGE (IF APPLICABLE)

-We accept exchange on products which were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end. For personal hygiene and extra COVID-19 safety, other cases are not admitted for a replacement.

- Prepare all the evidence (pictures, videos) and proof of purchases and send them to our Customer Support team via support@handreamy.com. Once your evidence and return are confirmed, replacement will be processed immediately.

- All costs associated with the exchange will be covered by HANDREAMY.

 

RETURN OF GOODS (IF APPLICABLE)

- If the item is faulty due to an error on our own end, a return for replacement will be applicable. For personal hygiene and extra COVID-19 safety, other cases are not admitted for a replacement.

- Prepare all the evidence (pictures, videos) and proof of purchases and send them to our Customer Support team via support@handreamy.com. Once your evidence and return are confirmed, replacement will be processed immediately.

- All costs associated with the exchange will be covered by HANDREAMY.

 

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

- If the item is out of stock, a full refund (including product and shipping fee) will be applicable. 

- The refund will be made via the same payment method that was used for your initial purchase. You will receive the return confirmation via email once the return has been completed. If you do not see a credit to your account within 14 days, please use this confirmation and present it to your banking institution, so they may help you facilitate the process.

NOTICE ON SHIPPING DETAILS

We can NOT be liable for orders where the customer has entered the wrong shipping address during checkout. If your order has already shipped, and you contact us with an address change, you are responsible for the additional shipping charges (if any).

Please double-check your order receipt to ensure the address you entered during checkout is correct. As you can hopefully understand, we can't resend returned items for which the customer entered an incorrect shipping address.
