Shipping Policy
Once your order is shipped, an email with a tracking number and link for your shipment will be sent. Tracking numbers are not assigned at the time of order. If your order has passed the estimated ship date, and you do not have tracking information, please contact us via support@handreamy.com

I. PROCESSING TIME
1. Creating a draft
After your payment is authorized and verified, we’ll create a draft design and send it to you within 48 business hours through your email. If we need more info from you, it might take a bit longer.
You’ll get three free revisions for the draft. If you want to completely change the original design or need three more revisions, there will be a $30 fee.
2. Production
After you confirm the sample design, we will move it to production, which will take 5-7 business days, depending on the product.
In the mean time, if we do not hear back from you within 48 hours to confirm the design, your order will automatically move into production.
II. SHIPPING TIME
Your orders shall be shipped out from our warehouse located in Hanoi, Vietnam.
We ship your products using fast delivery services and tracking numbers. Shipping takes 3 to 5 business days.
Please note that while we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, the delivery company may experience unforeseen delays due to factors such as customs clearance or inclement weather. We kindly ask for your understanding and patience in these cases, as we do not control these situations.
NOTE: Please note that we prepare and ship orders only on business days from Monday to Friday, NOT including weekends. Therefore, Saturday and Sunday don't count. Production and shipping are two different processes, each with its terms.

If the item is faulty due to an error on our own end, a return for replacement will be applicable. Prepare all the evidence (pictures, videos) and proof of purchases and send them to our Customer Support team via support@handreamy.com. Once your evidence and return are confirmed, replacement will be processed immediately.
RETURN
Within the first 7 days from the actual delivered date at your address, you are eligible for exchange our product if the product doesn't match with our description on website handreamy.com.
The items qualified:
- MUST be non-personalized item
- Can only be returned when it is defected and purchased at full price.
- Can be presented with Proof of purchase (Receipt and Image of Product, Packaging Box and Proof of delivery (if any)) MUST be presented to require Return of Goods.
- Must be returned in intact condition and packaging
Your discount coupon can't be reimbursed if you request return of the items you made a purchase with.
REPLACEMENT
We are happy to replace wrong/damaged products. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a replacement, so kindly check your product closely after its arrival. We apologize for being unable to accept any request after this time frame.
To submit your replacement request:
- You can send us a video or at least 3 pictures at high resolution from different angles to illustrate the fault of the problematic item(s). The most optimal pictures should be taken on a flat surface, with the tag and error of the items displayed.
- Send your replacement request to our customer service agent at support@handreamy.com with a shipping label and valid proof you prepared. Kindly provide your order number/transaction ID/invoice ID for a quicker resolution.
The resolution may take up to 3 business days, so we highly appreciate your patience while our customer agent troubleshoots the case. Once your proof is approved, we will process a replacement package for you without any additional fee and the return of a wrong/damaged item.
