Add this "Personalized Design Service" to your cart when you would like to receive a PDF/JPG digital proof of your design before purchasing the physical item. This is a chance for you to see the visualization for your personalized/custom product and suggest edits if needed.
If you add this item to your order we will message you with a PDF or JPG proof of your customized artwork for you to preview the design. You will have the opportunity to make up to 2 rounds of revisions. More revisions will require an additional personalized design mockup be purchased.
You can receive the digital mockup within 48 working hours (excluding weekend) after you make order.
Once you are satisfied with the digital mockup, you can make payment for the physical item and we will refund you the digital mockup cost.

Once your order is shipped, an email with a tracking number and link for your shipment will be sent. Tracking numbers are not assigned at the time of order. If your order has passed the estimated ship date, and you do not have tracking information, please contact us via support@handreamy.com
Total Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
After your payment is authorized and verified, we’ll create a draft design and send it to you within 48 business hours through your email. If we need more info from you, it might take a bit longer.
You’ll get three free revisions for the draft. If you want to completely change the original design or need three more revisions, there will be a $30 fee.
After you confirm the sample design, we will move it to production, which will take 5-7 business days, depending on the product.
In the mean time, if we do not hear back from you within 48 hours to confirm the design, your order will automatically move into production.
Your orders shall be shipped out from our warehouse located in Hanoi, Vietnam.
We ship your products using fast delivery services and tracking numbers. Shipping takes 3 to 5 business days.
Please note that while we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, the delivery company may experience unforeseen delays due to factors such as customs clearance or inclement weather. We kindly ask for your understanding and patience in these cases, as we do not control these situations.
NOTE: Please note that we prepare and ship orders only on business days from Monday to Friday, NOT including weekends. Therefore, Saturday and Sunday don't count. Production and shipping are two different processes, each with its terms.

REPLACEMENT
Please request a replacement for wrong/damaged products within 7 days of receiving them. Check your product carefully upon arrival.
