Engraved Custom Golf Course Layout Map
A 3D layout of the exact course that means something to you, recreated in layered wood rather than a flat print, built as a piece you will actually want on the wall.
Details
Every map starts with a laser cut plywood base, then layered with artificial grass over the fairways and copper accents on the key details, so it reads as a real 3D layout rather than a flat print. Choose from three styles:
- Course Map Only, the 3D layout on its own, with an engraved copper panel for course name, par, slope, and yardage.
- Map + Golf Ball, adds a mount for the actual ball from the round.
- Map + Golf Ball + Photo, adds a professionally mounted photo alongside the map and ball, for the full story of the round.
Sizes run from 12 by 8 inches for a desk to 28 by 20 inches for a clubhouse or golf room, in Black, Brown, or Natural frame finishes, with hardware included for hanging. In the personalization box, send the course name, address, and the stats you want engraved, plus a photo if you have picked that style.
Our promise
After you order, we send a digital design proof for approval within 1 to 2 business days, and production starts once you approve it, taking another 1 to 3 business days. Standard shipping runs 9 to 14 business days, with express shipping available for a $20 to $40 upgrade if you need it sooner. You will get a tracking number within 2 to 3 days of your order shipping.
How it's made
The course layout is laser cut into the plywood base for precision, then artificial grass is fitted over the fairways by hand and the copper stats panel is engraved and set into the frame, so no two pieces come out looking quite the same.

Shipping Policy
Once your order is shipped, an email with a tracking number and link for your shipment will be sent. Tracking numbers are not assigned at the time of order. If your order has passed the estimated ship date, and you do not have tracking information, please contact us via support@handreamy.com

I. PROCESSING TIME
1. Creating a draft
After your payment is authorized and verified, we’ll create a draft design and send it to you within 48 business hours through your email. If we need more info from you, it might take a bit longer.
You’ll get three free revisions for the draft. If you want to completely change the original design or need three more revisions, there will be a $30 fee.
2. Production
After you confirm the sample design, we will move it to production, which will take 5-7 business days, depending on the product.
In the mean time, if we do not hear back from you within 48 hours to confirm the design, your order will automatically move into production.
II. SHIPPING TIME
Your orders shall be shipped out from our warehouse located in Hanoi, Vietnam.
We ship your products using fast delivery services and tracking numbers. Shipping takes 3 to 5 business days.
Please note that while we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, the delivery company may experience unforeseen delays due to factors such as customs clearance or inclement weather. We kindly ask for your understanding and patience in these cases, as we do not control these situations.
NOTE: Please note that we prepare and ship orders only on business days from Monday to Friday, NOT including weekends. Therefore, Saturday and Sunday don't count. Production and shipping are two different processes, each with its terms.
RETURN
Exchange eligible within 7 days of delivery if product doesn't match description on handreamy.com.
The items qualified:
- MUST be non-personalized item
- Return only for defects on items purchased at full price.
- Proof of purchase (Receipt and Image of Product, Packaging Box and Proof of delivery) required for Return of Goods.
- Must be returned in intact condition and packaging
Your discount coupon can't be reimbursed if you request return of the items you made a purchase with.
REPLACEMENT
Please request a replacement for wrong/damaged products within 7 days of receiving them. Check your product carefully upon arrival.
To submit your replacement request:
- Submit a video or photos showing the fault of the item(s). Ensure clarity and display on a flat surface with tag and error visible.
- Request replacement by emailing support@handreamy.com with shipping label, proof, and order details.
Resolution may take up to 3 business days. Your patience is appreciated while our agent troubleshoots. Proof approval triggers replacement at no cost.

UPDATE: Once I posted the review the seller indicated they appreciated the specific feedback and offered to remake the item and ship it at no cost to me. The listing says it is being shipped from Irvine, CA, but I received a message from UPS that I owed $29.78 in import fees, and they would not deliver the item until it was paid. If not, it was going to be sent back to the overseas facility it came from. I paid it, which ended up being $17.78, but considering I had already paid nearly $200 for the item I was fairly annoyed. The seller said they would refund the additional charge I had to pay, saying "Our policy has always been that we cover 100% of this import duty." But the seller has since ghosted me. It's not that much money. but considering the item was expensive and the delivery process was difficult and a little deceptive I was displeased.
Update: the seller has now responded, fulfilling the refund promise and giving partial refund on the product.
I had some significant issues with a delay in the product of my order, unexpected import fees (item is listed as shipping from California), and a lower level of quality than I was expecting. The seller has been very apologetic and cares very much about making things right by me, and is doing so. The piece is a great idea/design and I would say it is worth giving a chance. I am inclined to think my experience was not the norm.
Didn't put everything that we talked about on the board in the material that was shown in the description, but overall still great product and would recommend to others.

I purchased this golf course map for my husband and it turned out great. The wood quality is excellent and the engraving and felt feel very high end. The picture I sent of the course was replicated perfectly. Minh was wonderful to work with and responded quickly throughout the process.
The only thing for US customers to be aware of is the tariff. I had to pay about 10 percent of the sale, though I did get a small deduction by paying early so it came out to around $20 total. That is clearly mentioned and absolutely not Minh’s fault. I’ll chalk that one up to our President somehow not understanding how tariffs work, so just be sure to factor it in.
Overall I’m extremely happy with the purchase and would absolutely recommend this seller!
