Shipping Policy
Once your order is shipped, an email with a tracking number and link for your shipment will be sent. Tracking numbers are not assigned at the time of order. If your order has passed the estimated ship date, and you do not have tracking information, please contact us via support@handreamy.com

I. PROCESSING TIME
1. Creating a draft
After your payment is authorized and verified, we’ll create a draft design and send it to you within 48 business hours through your email. If we need more info from you, it might take a bit longer.
You’ll get three free revisions for the draft. If you want to completely change the original design or need three more revisions, there will be a $30 fee.
2. Production
After you confirm the sample design, we will move it to production, which will take 5-7 business days, depending on the product.
In the mean time, if we do not hear back from you within 48 hours to confirm the design, your order will automatically move into production.
II. SHIPPING TIME
Your orders shall be shipped out from our warehouse located in Hanoi, Vietnam.
We ship your products using fast delivery services and tracking numbers. Shipping takes 3 to 5 business days.
Please note that while we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, the delivery company may experience unforeseen delays due to factors such as customs clearance or inclement weather. We kindly ask for your understanding and patience in these cases, as we do not control these situations.
NOTE: Please note that we prepare and ship orders only on business days from Monday to Friday, NOT including weekends. Therefore, Saturday and Sunday don't count. Production and shipping are two different processes, each with its terms.
RETURN
Exchange eligible within 7 days of delivery if product doesn't match description on handreamy.com.
The items qualified:
- MUST be non-personalized item
- Return only for defects on items purchased at full price.
- Proof of purchase (Receipt and Image of Product, Packaging Box and Proof of delivery) required for Return of Goods.
- Must be returned in intact condition and packaging
Your discount coupon can't be reimbursed if you request return of the items you made a purchase with.
REPLACEMENT
Please request a replacement for wrong/damaged products within 7 days of receiving them. Check your product carefully upon arrival.
To submit your replacement request:
- Submit a video or photos showing the fault of the item(s). Ensure clarity and display on a flat surface with tag and error visible.
- Request replacement by emailing support@handreamy.com with shipping label, proof, and order details.
Resolution may take up to 3 business days. Your patience is appreciated while our agent troubleshoots. Proof approval triggers replacement at no cost.

All the other hole in one plaques are very generic. This is so personalized everything went really well communicating with the seller. She told me she would not be able to get it to me by the time I needed, but she would try her hardest to shoot for a different day and she did my only complaint which is not really a complaint. We got a free keychain which we are so grateful for, but the wording on the keychain is so blurry you can’t even read it and very small. It could’ve been stretched out a little bit because it’s not taking up very much space on the keychain other than that everything is great.
This shop had great communication and the products I ordered were perfect! My husband someone has gotten two hole in ones and I will be back if he gets another! 🤪

Minh was very communicative and easy to deal with throughout the entire process and even changed designs for us halfway through to add a 2nd hole in one to our picture! She tweaked anything we wanted and answered all of our questions. The final product looks amazing! We would highly recommend to anyone!
There was a small blemish (looked like a burn mark from the cutting machine) but I didn't think it was worth contacting the shop. Other than that-the product is AWESOME! Great precision, texture and the photo quality of the image I sent is perfect. I'd order again

The finished product far exceeded my expectations!! The quality of the materials and craftsmanship were exceptional. The communication with Minh was great. There were no surprises except a couple of very pleasant ones. 1) The received product looks better than the online picture featuring the product. 2) Wasn't expecting the lettering to be engraved, although I may have missed this in the product description.
