Β Β Youβll get three free revisions for the draft. If you want to completely change the original design or need three more revisions, there will be a $30 fee.

Β Β After you confirm the sample design, we will move it to production, which will take 5-7 business days, depending on the product.Β
Β Β In the mean time, if we do not hear back from you within 48 hours to confirm the design, your order will automatically move into production.

II. SHIPPING TIME
Your orders shall be shipped out from our warehouse located in Hanoi, Vietnam.
We ship your products using fast delivery services and tracking numbers.Β Shipping takes 3 to 5 business days.
Please note that while we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, the delivery company may experience unforeseen delays due to factors such as customs clearance or inclement weather. We kindly ask for your understanding and patience in these cases, as we do not control these situations.
