A personalized veteran shadow box that brings a whole service career into one frame: the photo, the medals, the name and the unit, ready for a mantel, an office or a wall.
Choose Photo only, Medals only, or Photo + Medals. Your photo is printed directly inside the shadow box, and the veteran’s name, rank, unit and years of service are UV printed directly onto wood, along with a unit logo or insignia. Adding medals takes minutes at home, with no tools needed: thread each ribbon through the hidden slot and secure it with the frame backing. At checkout we ask for the name (for example, Maj. Alex Morgan), rank and unit, and years of service (for example, 2006 – 2026). Send a high-quality photo, plus the logo file if you have it, or tell us the full unit name and we will recreate it.
Every order starts with a mockup. Designing takes 1-2 days, and we send you the mockup so you can confirm the details. Production then takes 3-5 business days. Delivery is free and takes 7-14 business days depending on destination, or choose express shipping for +$40 with delivery in 3-5 business days. Colors and material tones may vary slightly with lighting and screen settings.
Each shadow box is made to order in our small studio. The name, rank, unit and years are UV printed directly onto the wood, so the lettering is part of the surface instead of a label added on top, and the photo is printed inside the box itself. The medal ribbon runs through a hidden slot and locks under the frame backing, which keeps the medal in place.

Once your order is shipped, an email with a tracking number and link for your shipment will be sent. Tracking numbers are not assigned at the time of order. If your order has passed the estimated ship date, and you do not have tracking information, please contact us via support@handreamy.com

After your payment is authorized and verified, we’ll create a draft design and send it to you within 48 business hours through your email. If we need more info from you, it might take a bit longer.
You’ll get three free revisions for the draft. If you want to completely change the original design or need three more revisions, there will be a $30 fee.
After you confirm the sample design, we will move it to production, which will take 5-7 business days, depending on the product.
In the mean time, if we do not hear back from you within 48 hours to confirm the design, your order will automatically move into production.
Your orders shall be shipped out from our warehouse located in Hanoi, Vietnam.
We ship your products using fast delivery services and tracking numbers. Shipping takes 3 to 5 business days.
Please note that while we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, the delivery company may experience unforeseen delays due to factors such as customs clearance or inclement weather. We kindly ask for your understanding and patience in these cases, as we do not control these situations.
NOTE: Please note that we prepare and ship orders only on business days from Monday to Friday, NOT including weekends. Therefore, Saturday and Sunday don't count. Production and shipping are two different processes, each with its terms.
