A personalized first 5K keepsake that gives the race bib, the medal and the finish-line photo one place to live, instead of a coat pocket, a gym bag and a phone.
The board measures 15" wide by 12" high. It has a plywood base with a UV-printed autumn trail scene and walnut wood-grain finish, set in a walnut-tone wood frame. Four small wooden signposts carry your child's name, distance, finish time, and race date and name. They attach with magnets, so the details can be changed later. Your photo is UV-printed on its own magnet-mounted panel with a "You Did It!" caption underneath. A metal clip holds the real race bib with no pins or glue, and a wooden bar holds the medal and its ribbon in plain sight. The bib and medal in our photos are examples. Your child's own bib and medal go on when the board arrives.
Not sure how it will look? Before we start crafting, we send a digital preview of your board for approval, so you can check the spelling, the finish time and the photo placement first. Nothing is made until you say yes. At checkout, enter your child's name, distance, finish time, and race date and name. Then send a portrait photo with a clearly visible face for the best print.
Every board is assembled by hand in our studio and made to order. The signposts are separate wooden pieces held on by magnets, and the photo is printed on its own panel. That is why you can update the details and swap in a new favorite photo after the next race, without replacing the board.

Once your order is shipped, an email with a tracking number and link for your shipment will be sent. Tracking numbers are not assigned at the time of order. If your order has passed the estimated ship date, and you do not have tracking information, please contact us via support@handreamy.com

After your payment is authorized and verified, we’ll create a draft design and send it to you within 48 business hours through your email. If we need more info from you, it might take a bit longer.
You’ll get three free revisions for the draft. If you want to completely change the original design or need three more revisions, there will be a $30 fee.
After you confirm the sample design, we will move it to production, which will take 5-7 business days, depending on the product.
In the mean time, if we do not hear back from you within 48 hours to confirm the design, your order will automatically move into production.
Your orders shall be shipped out from our warehouse located in Hanoi, Vietnam.
We ship your products using fast delivery services and tracking numbers. Shipping takes 3 to 5 business days.
Please note that while we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, the delivery company may experience unforeseen delays due to factors such as customs clearance or inclement weather. We kindly ask for your understanding and patience in these cases, as we do not control these situations.
NOTE: Please note that we prepare and ship orders only on business days from Monday to Friday, NOT including weekends. Therefore, Saturday and Sunday don't count. Production and shipping are two different processes, each with its terms.
