A personalized shadow box that brings your TCS New York City Marathon bib, medal, photo and race route together in one frame, so your finish stays on the wall instead of in a box.
The frame measures 17.7" wide by 15.5" high and holds your race medal, your bib, an optional photo and your race route. The route is UV-printed directly onto wood, along with your name, race date and finish time, for a durable, detailed print. The front is open, with no glass. When ordering, we ask for your runner name (for example, Michael Norton), race date (November 1, 2026) and finish time (3:13:23). After checkout, send your photo by message, high resolution preferred, plus a note if your bib is larger or smaller than standard.
Before anything is made, we design your layout and send you a mockup to confirm. Design takes 1 to 2 days, then production takes 3 to 5 business days in our small studio. Estimated delivery is 7 to 14 business days with free shipping, depending on destination, or 3 to 5 business days with express shipping for an extra $40. Colors and material tones may vary slightly with lighting and screen settings. Race logos in our photos are for demonstration only and remain property of their owners.
Your medal ribbon is threaded through a hidden slot and secured by the frame backing, which keeps the medal safely in place. Your bib attaches with double-sided tape, so you can swap or remove it anytime. Your race route, name and race details are UV-printed straight onto the wood, and your photo is printed directly inside the shadow box.

Once your order is shipped, an email with a tracking number and link for your shipment will be sent. Tracking numbers are not assigned at the time of order. If your order has passed the estimated ship date, and you do not have tracking information, please contact us via support@handreamy.com

After your payment is authorized and verified, we’ll create a draft design and send it to you within 48 business hours through your email. If we need more info from you, it might take a bit longer.
You’ll get three free revisions for the draft. If you want to completely change the original design or need three more revisions, there will be a $30 fee.
After you confirm the sample design, we will move it to production, which will take 5-7 business days, depending on the product.
In the mean time, if we do not hear back from you within 48 hours to confirm the design, your order will automatically move into production.
Your orders shall be shipped out from our warehouse located in Hanoi, Vietnam.
We ship your products using fast delivery services and tracking numbers. Shipping takes 3 to 5 business days.
Please note that while we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, the delivery company may experience unforeseen delays due to factors such as customs clearance or inclement weather. We kindly ask for your understanding and patience in these cases, as we do not control these situations.
NOTE: Please note that we prepare and ship orders only on business days from Monday to Friday, NOT including weekends. Therefore, Saturday and Sunday don't count. Production and shipping are two different processes, each with its terms.
