Built from solid wood in a black frame, this shadow box skips the glass for a more tactile, trophy-like feel, backed with a gallery-quality paper-texture panel.
A laser-printed brass tag anchors the display, engraved with the runner's name, race name, year, and finish time, and a hidden strap slot tucks the medal ribbon flat behind the wood so it hangs straight and centered instead of taped or bunched up.

After you order, we send a design proof for your approval before anything goes into production. Once approved, your piece is hand finished in 3 to 5 business days, with total delivery estimated at 7 to 14 business days depending on your location. If the finished piece doesn't match your approved proof, we remake it free. Shipping is free worldwide. If your race bib is a non-standard size, let us know in your order notes so we can adjust the layout to fit it properly.

The brass tag is laser printed with your details and set into the wood, the medal strap slot is cut directly into the backing so the ribbon sits flat rather than bulging, and the paper-texture panel is chosen specifically to cut glare now that the glass has been left out.

Once your order is shipped, an email with a tracking number and link for your shipment will be sent. Tracking numbers are not assigned at the time of order. If your order has passed the estimated ship date, and you do not have tracking information, please contact us via support@handreamy.com

After your payment is authorized and verified, we’ll create a draft design and send it to you within 48 business hours through your email. If we need more info from you, it might take a bit longer.
You’ll get three free revisions for the draft. If you want to completely change the original design or need three more revisions, there will be a $30 fee.
After you confirm the sample design, we will move it to production, which will take 5-7 business days, depending on the product.
In the mean time, if we do not hear back from you within 48 hours to confirm the design, your order will automatically move into production.
Your orders shall be shipped out from our warehouse located in Hanoi, Vietnam.
We ship your products using fast delivery services and tracking numbers. Shipping takes 3 to 5 business days.

NOTE: Please note that we prepare and ship orders only on business days from Monday to Friday, NOT including weekends. Therefore, Saturday and Sunday don't count. Production and shipping are two different processes, each with its terms.

I’m only marking shipping down a star because it was 5 days later than the original estimate but I’m not entirely sure if that was the shipper or the USPS that caused a delay.

This company was really good at communication to ensure that the item was correct and as I'd like. They actually held the item back a few days as they awaited a piece to ensure it was correct. I received it with the nameplate being dislodged in shipping, but I was able to hot glue it back so no big deal. My marathon medal was too big for the medal area, so I flipped the bib and the medal display (check that yours will fit). There's a bit of smudging on the engraved name plate, but I think overall the quality and customer service is great, and I'd recommend.
