A personalized Chicago Marathon shadow box that keeps your bib, medal and photo together with your own race route, so 26.2 miles stays on the wall instead of in a drawer.
Your medal ribbon is threaded through a hidden slot and secured by the frame backing, so the medal stays safely in place. Your race bib attaches with double-sided tape and can be removed anytime. Your photo is printed directly inside the shadow box. Choose “With Chicago race route” and the course is UV-printed directly onto wood, along with your runner name, finish time and race date. Choose “No race route” for the bib, medal and photo display without the route and custom text. Colors may vary slightly with lighting and screen settings. Race logos in listing photos are for demonstration only.
After checkout, send us your photo (high-resolution preferred) and a note if your bib is larger or smaller than standard. We design your mockup in 1 to 2 days and send it to you for confirmation. Production takes 3 to 5 business days, and free shipping arrives in 7 to 14 business days depending on destination. Need it faster? Express shipping (+$40) takes 3 to 5 business days.
Instead of a sticker or a paper insert, the race route and your details are UV-printed directly onto the wood, which keeps the print durable and detailed. Every shadow box is made to order in our small studio, with your photo printed inside the frame.

Once your order is shipped, an email with a tracking number and link for your shipment will be sent. Tracking numbers are not assigned at the time of order. If your order has passed the estimated ship date, and you do not have tracking information, please contact us via support@handreamy.com

After your payment is authorized and verified, we’ll create a draft design and send it to you within 48 business hours through your email. If we need more info from you, it might take a bit longer.
You’ll get three free revisions for the draft. If you want to completely change the original design or need three more revisions, there will be a $30 fee.
After you confirm the sample design, we will move it to production, which will take 5-7 business days, depending on the product.
In the mean time, if we do not hear back from you within 48 hours to confirm the design, your order will automatically move into production.
Your orders shall be shipped out from our warehouse located in Hanoi, Vietnam.
We ship your products using fast delivery services and tracking numbers. Shipping takes 3 to 5 business days.
Please note that while we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, the delivery company may experience unforeseen delays due to factors such as customs clearance or inclement weather. We kindly ask for your understanding and patience in these cases, as we do not control these situations.
NOTE: Please note that we prepare and ship orders only on business days from Monday to Friday, NOT including weekends. Therefore, Saturday and Sunday don't count. Production and shipping are two different processes, each with its terms.

We are so happy with how this turned out! It was a gift to our 12 year old son to display his achievements and passion for running. He cannot wait to continue to add his medals and track his PRs. I’m only marking shipping down a star because it was 5 days later than the original estimate but I’m not entirely sure if that was the shipper or the USPS that caused a delay.

This company was really good at communication to ensure that the item was correct and as I'd like. They actually held the item back a few days as they awaited a piece to ensure it was correct. I received it with the nameplate being dislodged in shipping, but I was able to hot glue it back so no big deal. My marathon medal was too big for the medal area, so I flipped the bib and the medal display (check that yours will fit). There's a bit of smudging on the engraved name plate, but I think overall the quality and customer service is great, and I'd recommend.
