Β Β After your payment is authorized and verified, weβll create a draft design and send it to youΒ within 48 business hours through your email. If we need more info from you, it might take a bit longer.Β
Β Β Youβll get three free revisions for the draft. If you want to completely change the original design or need three more revisions, there will be a $30 fee.

2. Production
Β Β After you confirm the sample design, we will move it to production, which will take 5-7 business days, depending on the product.Β
Β Β In the mean time, if we do not hear back from you within 48 hours to confirm the design, your order will automatically move into production.

II. SHIPPING TIME
Your orders shall be shipped out from our warehouse located in Hanoi, Vietnam.
We ship your products using fast delivery services and tracking numbers.Β Shipping takes 3 to 5 business days.
Please note that while we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, the delivery company may experience unforeseen delays due to factors such as customs clearance or inclement weather. We kindly ask for your understanding and patience in these cases, as we do not control these situations.

NOTE:Β Please note that we prepare and ship orders only on business days from Monday to Friday, NOT including weekends. Therefore, Saturday and Sunday don't count. Production and shipping are two different processes, each with its terms.
RETURN
Exchange eligible within 7 days of delivery if product doesn't match description on handreamy.com.

- Return only for defects on items purchased at full price.
- Proof of purchase (Receipt and Image of Product, Packaging Box and Proof of delivery) required for Return of Goods.

REPLACEMENT
Please request a replacement for wrong/damaged products within 7 days of receiving them. Check your product carefully upon arrival.
